100 Years Swiss Air Force - Switzerland

In 2014 the Swiss military aircraft celebrated three important events: the 100th anniversary of the Swiss Air Force, the 50th anniversary of the Patrouille Suisse, and the 25th anniversary of the PC-7 Team. For this multiple celebration the Swiss Air Force prepared one of the greatest airshows ever done in Europe. With over 1000 photos and videos, this is the largest internet website about the event!

Red Bull Hangar-7 - Austria

The Hangar-7 is located in Salzburg's International Airport in Austria. It is a multifunctional building made of glass and steel, owned by Red Bull founder Dietrich Mateschitz that holds historical airplanes, helicopters and Formula One racing cars and also a renowned restaurant and a bar.

Phalsbourg Airshow - France

The airshow, one of the biggest helicopter airshows in Europe, is organized by the French Army Light Aviation (Aviation Légère de l'Armée de Terre - ALAT) and it happens every two years. The 2014 edition, which celebrated the 60th anniversary of ALAT, offered a selection of some of the most important military and civilian helicopters in operation today.

100 Years Dutch Military Aviation - The Netherlands

Events 2013 - The Dutch Military Aviation commemorated in 2013 its 100th year of existence with a spectacular Airshow at the Volkel Air Base. Besides the Apache and F-16 Solo teams the show offered an impressive line-up of modern and classic flying machines including PBY Catalina, B-25 Mitchell, Su-22, F-4 Phantom and many others.

The Royal International Air Tattoo organization managed to put together in 2012 one of the best line-ups of aircraft in recent years. Aircraft at the static display included the amazing B-2 Spirit, returning to Fairford for the first time since 1999, the C-5 Galaxy, one of the largest aircraft in the world, and an amazing mix of rare and new aircraft from across the globe.

United Kingdom - July 2011

The Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) is the world's biggest military air show, held every year in July, usually at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire, United Kingdom in support of The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust. The show typically attracts a total of 150,000 to 160,000 spectators over the weekend. In 2003 the Guinness World Records recognized RIAT as the world's largest ever military airshow, with 535 aircraft attending. The Air Tattoo celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2011.
